Session #5
May. 26th, 2009 09:23 pmFewer and shorter rest times between exercises. I got woozy at one point and walked it off and then was right back at it. Mr. W. likes me, I'm fond of him and we're working well together, I think. I waited too long to do this update so I don't remember much about session #5. He said at the next session he'll be measuring me again. I don't feel any smaller, but I do feel tighter. My leg muscles are like stone.
Ran this morning- 23 minutes. Then about 4 minutes of jumping rope off and on. That is, jump until I miss the rope, walk around a bit and then jump again until I miss the rope again.
