I don't know if it has soy in it, but he recommended I get these, well, they're like those test tube shots? Only bigger. They come in a box like a tray, and I think there's 9 or 12 to a box. He said I could find them at Wal-Mart.
I've actually lost 15 pounds since I started running in January. Not a lot- but I've been sick for awhile and didn't do much at all then.
