Amen sister, about the heat! When it's this hot, it seems almost everything I eat that's been processed in any way just sits in my tummy like a heavy, hard ball.
I tried to be kind of bad today (eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we detox) but I just didn't have the appetite for it, worse luck.
