Detox... ick. Christopher had been wanting to go on a vegan Raw diet for a while. I finally agreed. During the first week, and I was happy. We would devour salads and fruit and just enjoy ourselves and felt good.
At the end of the week, I was so incredibly sick for a day or so that I can't even look at the raw books without wanting to upchuck immediately. I can't do them at all... not sure I would ever do a detox diet either. Ick! McDougall I would do... I'd throw in some light eating -- as healthy as I could, even fast a day... but full blown detox or raw vegan? Never again... my system just can't take it sadly :( Good luck with it and I hope it works great for you! Looking forward to seeing how it works out.
And wow... my arms hurt just reading about your Adventures. Heheh!
