lynnThe gym opened half an hour late this morning. That gave me no time to get the thirty minutes on the tread mill that I really wanted. Instead, like a few others, I walked around the parking lot and when the gym was finally opened, I just went straight to the showers.
Normally I'd be extremely pissy about this, but I do have an appointment with Mr. W. this afternoon with time to spare for walking and/or using his spin bike. -I forgot to throw mine in the back of the truck. Still. Would've been nice to have a run, a bike and a PT session all in one day.
