Got to the studio ten minutes early to change into workout clothes and was dismayed to find I'd forgotten to pack my jogbra. Argh. It just so happened I had to do jumping jacks and jump rope. Titties bouncing all around. Mr. W. didn't notice, he was watching the clock, but he probably would've deliberately looked away anyway. He's very careful about making sure nothing goes misconstrued. He'll always tell me and explain why before he touches me anywhere, and yesterday I needed to put cuffs on my ankles for an exercise. He made sure I did this myself. I suspect, being an Independent, he needs to be careful in order to prevent being slapped with any harassment charges. Anyway, I appreciate this example of professionalism and courtesy.

I feel we put more into the hour than we have in the past and he said that I would feel my calf muscles in the morning. He was not kidding- man, I've got two aching legs. I can feel some other muscles aching, but they can hardly be heard over the din coming from my calves. I had a banana with peanut butter about an hour before the workout and I felt really good. A few times, after squats with the barbell, I would feel a little light-headed, but nothing like the funny bout of nausea I had the first time.

Also got a three day food plan. Need to clean out the refrigerator and go shopping.
