That's not as bad as it sounds. I haven't worked out at all last week. At all. Not at home with the Wii, or the elliptical at home and I've barely glanced at the gym as I drive past in the mornings on my way to work. I've eaten ice cream from Cold Stone, toffee cookies from Central Market, hot chocolate made with heavy cream and whole milk. Been eating out as well. But I never got too full- just ate until I was barely satiated.

New incentive for losing weight though: going on a trip in March to see old friends. It'd be nice to be an enviable size by that time. Don't know what I'll do about that until the next year. I want to be a slug for a couple of weeks but I'd also like to start 2010 at 169 or less.

That sounds great! I'm not even weighing... I feel like crap right now and hubby gained some weight. I'm sure it'll come back down, but still... with two more holidays coming up, we'll have to be careful.

I have some plans for next year, too, and I'd love to really drop some weight and maybe even buy a new bathing suit as well.

Yeah, that's how I feel.... I figure maybe I gained 5 and I'll get back on track and weigh later and hopefully be pleasantly surprised. We'll see. Haven't had a workout yet -- will probably have to walk later. Had to make a call and run some errands. I wish I could shake feeling like crap, though, ick! Stomach feels a little upset. It's funny when you change some things with your diet a few times, how you can really feel it. Oof!

So sorry to hear about work :( I hate when things are frustrating like that! Here's hoping something Great comes you way soon! Best wishes *huge hugs*
